i dont know why i got feelings this problem started to come out after i updated the latest 3.55  

because after i downloaded the 3.55 version and my ps3 started to have psn problems..maybe sony need to sony need to come out with a new update to fix this problem here in yemen..hopefully that someone from sony playstation could hear us and help us as soon as possible ..please we need helpppppppppppppppp ..

i agree with FAROOQ90, i even told my brother that we got this problem/error (80028e02) after we updated to 3.55

and i also i agree with u that yemen net cant help, cuz they dont know what we r talking about. i mean when u think about this problem, it's all strange, the internet works fine and fast at my PC even the internet browser at my PS3 works fine, but when u come to Sign in to PSN, it gives u that error immediately

i hope that sony acts.fast to help us.

just now i was playing online and everyhing was fine.i created a new ps3 account ..hopefully this problem wont come back again.. my psn works now im happy and i hope urs will be working well also

It works finally,its 2m and i logged in.i had a feeling that it will change in january and yes it did xD

Im so happy right now,hope we don't face this problem again
