Need help with this one.When signing into the psn via my ps3 I keep getting this code.(80710B23)The strange thing is we have two ps3's in the house,one signs in the other does not.My ps3 is a fat 80gb that will not sign in but the slim 160gb does.Been doing this for about a day and a half now.No problems like this before.My 80 gb ps3 can access the internet no problems and even shows the" whats new".I can get into the psn through my pc,mobile etc.Help- only wanted a game of BF3.

3 days now and still not been able to sign in.I'm thinking that maybe my bf3 premium was a waste of money.Have went through sony's advice on what do if that error code shows up.Nothing works.My router is fine,ps3 has correct settings and still gets on the net.Neither signs in wired or wireless, and now the 120gb ps3 wont sign in either.My mate who is a 5 minute walk and who is also with the same internet provider as myself can sign in to the psn but i cant.Whats going on.Was ok before the maintanance.Very very annoying.

tryun plugging both ur router and modem. i had the same issue and that fixed it. hope this helps

Thanks mate.Was able to sign in just came on itself.Was a bit twitchy, signing me out then back in again but seems ok now.If it happens again will try pluggin in the router and the modem rather than waiting days for it to come back on.Thanks again.

For future reference if this happens again the error code 80710B23 refers to a network timeout and you should follow the troubleshooting for network issues.
