See,I set my country on Sweden (I think it was Sweden) and now I keep getting Swedish E-mails and the currency is wrong in the PS Store.So is there any way I can change my country without making a new account?

Unfortunately not.

When setting up a PSN account you are required to use the correct details, otherwise you'll run into all these problems. You'll need to create one with the correct information in order to see and use the correct features.
