Banned from MW2?

I was playing MW2 and I joined a game from the community playlist page, and went in and it turned out to be a hacked lobby (which I didn't realise at first because it was normal for everyone except the hacker, I saw the final kill cam and he had jumped super high then got the kill) So I knew it was hacked, I continued playing for about a hour (after I had left that game), untill I had to leave my house. I got back signed in, and started up MW2, it loaded  fine untill the 'Infinity Ward' symbol came up the it freezes for a couple seconds then sends me back to XMB. I am assuming I have been banned from MW2 online services. How do I reverse this so I can play MW2 again? An email adress for PlayStation Support would safice if anyone had one, or if anyone had similar circumstances or any helpful info at all! Thanks!
