Bought wrong edition of the game

Hi,

 

I bought Tank Battles (Full Game Upgrade) instead of Tank Battles (Full Game). I couldn't find the demo of the game to upgrade to on PSN. When I try to download the game I bought, a file with size 6KB downloads, then nothing happens.

I should note that both games have the same price.

 

I mailed psn support at global website but it says that: "Please note, our department only handles emails from North American residents."

 

I live in Turkey, I looked at Turkish official website but couldn't find a page to post my problem. What should I do?

I found a mail from Turkish support: networksupport@tr.playstation.com but trying to send mails to this address results in error:

Yeah but as I told before, I cannot send mail to that address. It fails to deliver after delaying for 3 days. I tried it two times, now my last mail is on delay too. I informed North American Support division about this but they don't seem to care, all they say is "we can't help, contact local support" (which is ironic since I WAS complaining about not being able to reach local support team)

Hi revan,

 

The contact for Turkey should be the email networksupport@tr.playstation.com. However as you are getting this error message I will investigate for you.
