It says I have only 48% of the trophies, but in game i have alot more. For example I have unlocked the car for smashing all billboards, yet I do not have the trophy for smashing 10 of them in my collection. It's because you were playing before the trophy patch came out, the trophies aren't retroactive so you need to perform that action again, however for the collectables you won't be able to just smash them again to earn it, since you've already smashed them. Back up your game save onto a memory stick *important unless you want to start over* then delete the game save on your hdd, boot the game up again and it'll be like you've never played the game, get the trophies that you haven't got/have no chance of earning in your current game and then delete the new game save on your hdd and copy the one you made to your memory stick back onto the hdd.
