I know how it feels to be not abe to change that stupid password while most of our friends are in 4 weeks ago i am just disapointed by Sony . No info No help. YOU ARE WERY WELCOME . Help your friends , becouse Sony wont. Enjoy ;-)

I keep getting "Not a valid e-mail address. Please try again." when I try the forgot my password feature, but on the PS3 it tells me that an email has been sent. HELP! PLEASE!!

You have to make new email (gmail.com vorking best), than ring playstation suport and they can change that email for you with no problem

Anyone have a working fix without paying premium phone rates to change email addy.

Also on yahoo & after trying various times over the weeks waiting for a fix or announcement. Does the offer run out today also or am i missing something about it all

Same. I'm using a yahoo.com email address and I cannot get the email from Playstation that links to the duff site!

I get a message on my PS3 and on the website if I try to login there that an email has been sent with details to update my account. No email received after trying to login several times.

Any other Yahoo users manage to get the email?

I was waiting one wek for link, than i swap my email for a gmail and it was workin instantly , of course you have to ring pssuport in your country . In my country they were wery helpful

Yes, the Wlcome Back offer finished on the 4th of July in the States and probably the UK too.

If you still haven't got your email with the reset token then you should call PSN helpline on 08447360595 8am to 10pm for some real help.

What I did was email their help address (scee_gb@mailuk.custhelp.com) saying I was unable to reset my password and could not receive the link from them and they emailed me back a day later with a case number,

I then called that above telephone number and quoted the reference and after a few questions to confirm it was my account they sent me an email with a different link than the website that is still down for maintenance. I was able to reset my password using that new link.

The new link started with this https://store.playstation.com/accounts/security/resetPassword.action?token=

Maybe if you have a token for the broken website you can add it to the end of that link.

Nothing seems to be easy with SCEE and everytime you think you are about to crack it you are caught up in another error trap or security loophole again.

Didnt want to phone them as costs considerable amount in the uk. For some reason they use premium rate phone line but looks like no choice

Surprisingly I actually managed to change my password on qriocity.

Go to www.Qriocity.com click sign in, forgotten password, enter your registered E-mail plus Date of Birth.

You will then get an e-mail with a link. Click this link and enter the security words.  With any luck after this you can change your password on screen.

ok i have the same problem, forgot password and cant get ito my account to change it, to make things worse when i select forgot password all i get is

 and the e-mail address used on my psn account will NOT recieve e-mails now. So is there any other way round it??????????
