Cannot purchase movies on PSN Store

Hi,

 

I live in the UAE and do not get the "MOVIES" icon in the store. I tried making a US account, with intent to use vouchers, but still no joy.

 

Is there a reason/ solution for this?

There is no solution i even tried a uk account but it didn't work, because the movies thing is not available outside of america and europe, srry body, but u can make do with the movies in th stores inside dubai mall or something like that.
