Everytime I try purchase something it says an error has occured....

I have funds in my CC. If I try put money in my wallet it errors also.

Help please?

If it's a billing related issue, it may well be best to contact your local PlayStation Support Centre.

Are you receiving any error codes / messages? If so, which ones?

Only standard credit cards are fully supported (there's no reason these should not work 100% of the time). Debit cards and prepaid credit cards are not supported, so may not work all the time.

You will need to ensure that your name and address match what's printed on your card, and your statement, respectively - this is due a recent upgrade to credit card security on the Sony Entertainment Network.

It was working fine untill the 20th after purchasing equipment packs on Mass effect 3. It has been like this for 3 days... The error is "An Error has occured"
