hi i need to deactivate 2 ylod ps3's off my account i phoned tech support they sent me to a webpage but to deactivate i have to do it on ps3 the account is on , but theyre both ylod , any suggestions ?

You should be able to do it on the *i believe* Sony entertainment network website

 

* This is correct you can visit http://www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/gb/

 

At the bottom there is the Account Login section where you can go into your PlayStation Account. Once logged in you have the option to disable all activated PS3s on your account. You can then activate the console(s) you want on the account.
