Hi PSN,

Im having a small problem with my account. I am originally from NZ, my account is a NZ account. But now I live in Australia.

I have an CWB Debit card (Australian), which I cant use with my psn account (NZ).

Why cant I use an Australian debit card on a NZ account?

Hi SIDE_WINDER_9,

You cannot use your Australian debit card on your New Zealand Account because of region differences.  You can use an Australian card with an Australian account and likewise using a New Zealand account with a New Zealand card.  Debit cards are not supported either way however so it won't work.

However I know it works because it is a debit mastercard that I have used on a dummy Australian account I made to buy games.

The problem arises when I need to buy DLC, as I cant use the DLC on other accounts except the one I bought it on.

Any ideas? I can understand region issues, but I know for a fact my card works with the PSN, just not on my NZ account.

im trying to use a debit credit card from the netherlands, i have a EU account.

And it still denied me to use it, it works on other sites / services..

Can you please check this for me?

Hi Ricky-RB-,

You will have to contact your local support team for further assistance with your credit card, we are only able to assist with Australia and New Zealand.  Anything to do with payment, it will always be easier and much faster to contact support by phone.
