Your birthday is usually the day on which you were born. If you are unsure, please ask your parents or check your birth certificate. If you provided incorrect information when signing-up to the PlayStation Network then Sony cannot confirm who you are and will therefore be unable to give you access to your account.

How exactly was your account stolen? This is more of a cause for concern.

That's your fault then isn't it . And now you face the consequences. you'd need to call up Sony customer support but I don't know how much they'll be able to help you without the DOB verification
