Double Charged

HI,

 

My PS Plus membership exoired in september, so on the day it expired i paid for another year membership. When i got my credit card statement on the post i have been charge twice for the membership. Im guessing that my membership was auto continued and then i went in and manually paid for another. Im sure the PSN would just complete a credit for one of the charges however i can not find anyway at all to contact them to notify them. Can anybody give me an email addrss or a way of contacting them eisily.
