Hi majd,
Have you trouble shooted your wireless connection at all. Assuming you were on a wireless connection you may want to power cycle your setup.
Basically power down your router and modem for a minute, and then set this up again. Once this is done re- establish a connection with your PS3 and attempt to download the content again.
It may be that there are changes made from the ISP end, and doing this may refresh the connection.
Let me knoe how you get on with this and if it doesnt work let me know and I will look into it further.

iam so sorry but it wasnt solved iam very sad for this its been 30 day since i brought my card what i suppose to do tell me i live in jordan and thers no tec support in sony company jordan and i asked the bank about my credit card and they told me its activating >>>>>>>>>>tell me pls
