Error 80023017 on store

Hi, is something wrong with the PS store because since yesterday it'll sometimes say error with the code 80023017, but if I back out and try again it'll load up okay.

Hi, I'm getting exactly the same thing. Everytime I try to load up the playstation store it comes up with this,

'An error has occured.

(80023017'

Is the playstation store down or something?
