Hi everyone, I'm trying to purchase battlefield 3 premium on the playstaion store through my fathers cc (Yes he knows I'm using it), but everytime i try to add funds or to purchase it it always says, Error 80023102 or that I can't add funds to my wallet. What is going on? It's been happening for 2 days now and I'm really getting annoyed, so what do I do? Please help. BTW I have bought things through this cc before too.

dude this has been happening to me for about a month straight, i even went as far as going to my friends house and signing in on his ps3 and filling out my cc again and his cc and another cc...none worked in my sign in but when we added funds through his sign in... it worked for some weird reason. so the problem isnt with the cc info its something wrong with your psn acc, and here is my theory, if you tried using the i8ph cibd rk2h code or somethin' it might have fudged up the psn acc therefore it has glitched your *our* psn acc's and therefore we can't add jack *****e to our wallets :'(.... but if its not due to the $50 dollar code scam then it can either be issues with internet connection, cc info, to an unseen god that our first world psn add funding problems will be resolved in a near future until then we are all fudged and screwed...lol :'( but then again no lol...

For the past month ive been getting this error 80023102 and "Cant add funds to account" when i try to add $50 to my PSN wallet. Ive been trying to purchase Battlefield 3 Premium lately but keep getting the same results. ive gone through my accounts 3 times to verify my billing info is correct.
ive looked up on your forums for solutions and have come up with nothing but more people having the same problems...
So far ive tried
-PS3, getting the error code along with "cant add funds to account"
-wipped out my system and started from scratch.
-created a new account with different email address.
-50$ prepaid from GAMESTOP/EBGAMES
-PS Vita, getting Error 80023102
-PSN/SEN website. "Billing info is incorrect" but it actually is correct...
-restarting wifi & tried a landline..
-logging in on a friends system with my account
-called SOE customer service waited 30mins just to get hung up on TWICE!
-sent SOE an email about a week ago...still havent heard anything back (sent another one today)
im quiete frustrated and cant find a resolution for this problem.
PLEASE HELP!

Getting the same error code, I've had the exact same card details on the system for 3 years, made a number of purchases, yet all of a sudden my details are wrong? Nothing has changed on either mine, or my banks end, and after repeated attempts at correcting this (both via the PS3 itself and the website on PC), nothing has solved it.
My card works fine on Xbox, Steam, ATMs, everywhere but PSN, where it used to work but now mysteriously doesn't. I've done everything suggested by the PSN copy/paste emails but it hasn't worked, the problem clearly isn't on my end, so what do I do now? And please don't say Network Vouchers from stores, that kinda defeats the point of being able to buy stuff when I want it, not after I drive an hour just to buy a voucher, then drive back home, I doubt Sony will send me a petrol refund for that.

Hi guys,
This error code when adding funds indicates the card is not being accepted on the network. One reason this may occur is the address on the account needs to match the billing address on the card. If there is any dscreprancy here then there may be issues adding funds.
Additionally if you attempt to add funds a number of times in quick succession (and there was an issue with the address or card number for instance) then you will be locked out for 24 hours for security purposes. Any attempt within this time will prolong the lock out and ability to add funds from the last attempt.
If this is not the case, and you still encounter this error, aside from trying a different card (or voucher cards) you can contact the Support Line and the Network Team will be able to tell you why the card is not working.

COME ON SONY WHAT IS THIS.....!!!!!! NOT A SINGLE SOLUTION ABSOLUTELY REDICULAS STRONGLY THINKING TO GET A MICROSOFT XBOX 360 THE AMMOUNT OF PROBLEMS I ENCOUNTER WITH YOU GUYS AND VERY LITTLE SOLUTIONS. JUST CANT BE ARSED!!!!!! WHY DOES BUYING SOMETHING FROM THE PS STORE HAVE TO BE A DAMN PROBLEM. NOT A SINGLE ANSWER FROM YOU INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE. THANKS ALOT
