Hi everyone

I live in Brazil, and in my travel to USA i buy a new PS vita with 3G and Wifi,. At&eT doesn't work in Brazil.
I have a litte problem with Wi-Fi, in my house dont work PSN.but the browser work very well, my ps vita say that a problem related to DNS, but I' tried everything

I need help!

When you run the Internet Connection test, what results does if give back to you?

Could not connect to server
there was a DNS error

think theres more chance of getting a answer if you post in the vita tech help section, i believe the layout is/has changed and everything is getting merged or something.. But if you asked there i bet more vita users would see, maybe be able to help.

For most issues with a similar error code, the first troubleshooting steps are as follows. Give them a try and see if they help:

If you are connected via Wi-Fi, please try the troubleshooting options below:
1. Check to see if the Router's initial setting is done.
2. Check the Router's cable and battery connection.
3. Move the Vita closer to the access point and try to connect connection closer.
4. On your Vita, go to [Settings]>[Network]>[Internet Connection Status] and see if any of the following: IP address, DNS server, or Proxy settings have been set to "manual." If so, try changing these settings to "automatic."

If you are connected via 3G, please try the troubleshooting options below:
1.Please check the settings status at [Settings]>[Network]>[Mobile Network Settings]
2.Try internet connection test at [Settings]>[Network]>[Internet Connection Test]
