I downloaded the full game trial of Far Cry 2, played it until it expired and then paid for, and downloaded the full game. I've installed it but can't play it. It still says expired and wants me to go to the store to buy it again!
If I go back to the store Far Cry 2 is not on my download list, so I can't simply delete the old one, download it again and try re-installing.
The purchase definately went through okay as I've had the confirmation emails from PSN re wallet funding and purchase.
My PSN Plus is still active too, so it's not to do with that.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or have a solution?

Try this.. Only try this if you have .....
Go to account management and delete your credit card details as protection from being charged twice.
Now Turn on Password at purchase in account management.
Make sure you don't have enough in your PSN wallet to buy it a second time.
When you have done All this above and only when you have. it means you can't be charged twice. so can try this next bit
Now go to the store and select far cry 2 again.( not the download list the normal Store section )
If it asks you to buy it again then it actualy did not activate it on your account or PS3.
Instead what it should do is confirm that you have paid and allow download again for free.
If it asks for payment a second time then it did not work the first time. (Ring CS )
Once confirmed that the item can be re downloaded. DELETE the old version trial from PS3.
Then re-download the Full game.
This is what infamous trial users had to do.
IF it did not activate the Far cry 2 content on your PS3 ring CS and if you tryed the re-download above and still did not work then CS is your only hope. ring them ( Have that email to hand before you phone. )
