PlayStation®Network Technical Help

I bought the $18.95 game pack for Gran Turismo. I recieved the email confirming my purchase.

However:

- Download is not in my history.
- Download uh.. didn't download.
- Game pack is no longer in the add on menu for GT5

How do I obtain my purchase now?

Sorry to hear your download has gone missing

If you contact your local PlayStation Support then they can look at your account and see what has happened to your content.

Ah OK, I was hoping there would be something from my end I could try. Thanks for that. I'll call them first thing tomorrow morning.

Same thing has happened to me a brought the game pack bundle on GT5 and downloaded it in my case and was billed the same as others I bought at the same time.
I then used the cars made setting changes on them raced the car for 3 hours in an endurance race
And tonight when I turned the ps3 on they are all in my garage but each car has an orange circle next to it
With a ! In the centre and below the car it says that I need to go to download content and re install it,
But it won't let me I can see it but it just gives an error tone when you try.
I have checked my down loads on the ps store and its not there. When I try to go to it in the store it says my account won't let me access the content but I'm the card holder and there is no parental restrictions set up.
I have tried to find someone to email but nothing has jumped out to say email this address
So any help with a phone number or the correct person and an email address would be much appreciated

Download and install the GT5 Family Pack from the store, that usually fixes the issue you're having.

I ended up passing this problem on to networksupport@uk.playstation.com and I had a reply so I rang them on 0844 736 0595 4p on a land line per minute. The guy was really helpful he didn't understand what had happened thought maybe I was using a sub account but in GT5's case these guys are the publishers of the game and he is passing it to sony head office with a view to fixing it or refunding the money. He recommended not to down load anything else just yet. I should get a call some time this week so will let you know the out come
