It has been offline about a week now. I thought it sucked when the stats wouldn't update, but this is much worse. I also looked and it is still for sale, and says online head to head, which at this point is false advertising.

The thing that makes it really frustrating, is that we don't even know if they are working on it. I've posted across multiple threads now, and not seen comments from anyone associated with Sony. Not since this outage anyway. This apparently happened in 2010 as well.

ALRIGHT PLAYSTATION NETWORK ITS BEEN 5 WEEKS NOW, AND I STILL AM UNABLE TO GET ONLINE
TO PLAY MY HIGH VOLICITY BOWLING GAME THAT I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR A LONG TIME AGO.
CAN SOMEONE AT THE PLAYSTATION NETWORK AT LEAST GIVE ITS CUSTOMERS A VALID REASON FOR THIS PROBLEM AND MAYBE A TRUTHFULL ANSWER WHEN THE OUTAGE MIGHT BE FIXED?
I HAHE THOURGHLY ENJOYED THIS GAME AND WOULD REALLY LIKE TO GET BACK AND ENJOY IT MORE WITH MY ONLINE FRIENDS I'VE COME TO KNOW WHILE ENJOYING THE ONLINE PLAY .

THIS IS SIMPLEMAN11858 AND ILL TELL YOU MY ONLINE PLAY HASENT BEEN WORKING FOR THE
LAST 5 WEEKS OR BETTER. AND IT UPSETS ME THAT NO ONE AT THE PLAYSTATION NETWORK
SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR EVEN WHEN IT WILL BE BACK UP AND WORKING .
I MEAN COME ON THESE PEOPLE ARE HIGH PAID COMPUTER TECH'S. I BELIVE THEY ACTUALY
DO KNOW AND THEY ARE PLAYING DUMB WITH US THE CONSUMERS. SHAME OR YOU PLAYSTATION NETWORK, WE DONT HAVE A MONEY TREE GROWING IN THE BACKYARD. LET'S ALL STOP BUYING PRODUCTS THAT SAY PLAYSTATION ON THEM AND MAYBE SOME LOST SALES FROM PRODUCT
NOT BEING BOUGHT FROM RETAIL STORES AND THE PLAYSTATION NETWORK JUST MIGHT
GET SOMEONE AT THE PLAYSTATION NETWORK OFF THEIR FAT WALLETS AND TELL US THE CONSUMERS WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR BETTER YET WHEN ITS GOING TO BE BACK UP AND WORKING INSTEAD OF ACTING LIKE #1THEY DIDNT KNOW THERE WAS A PROBLEM OR #2
IT MUST BE ON THE SERVERS END. THEY KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND THEY NEED TO OWN UP TO THE FACT "WELL HERES ANOTHER MAL FUNCTION IN THE DAM SYSTEM. RAISE CANE WITH THEM 1-800-345-7669 GIVE THEM A PEICE OF YOUR MIND. AFTER ALL THEY TOOK OUR HARD EARNED CASH DIDNT THEY? (simpleman118) HOPE U CAN GET RESULTS I HAVE BEEN UNABLE
SONER OR LATER THEY WILL HAVE TO FIX THE PROBLEM . WE ALL HOPE SO ANYWAY.
