Hello.

This is my first time commenting on these forums so please forgive me if this doesn't belong here or has already been answered somewhere else.

Last year I purchased a one year membership subscription for playstation plus. After the PSN outage all members get an extended free subscription, yes? Does this mean that our free games are carried over into this extension before we need to subscribe again?

If so, whenever I go to the information on a game obtained prior to the outage it says it exires in 1 day - which is before the additional 3 months. Will I lose these games as a result by tomorrow?

Well done! You posted your question in the correct place.

If you were a Plus member on or before the 21st April 2011, and extra 60 days has been automatically added onto your Plus membership to make sure you get back any time missed. You don’t need to do anything to get this; it has been added to your account and your membership will simply carry on for 60 days past the original renewal date.

All your Plus games and demos will have the extra period automatically added to them.

The game information you are referring to has not been updated. The games and demos will continue to display the original date of expiry until it has expired. Once expired, you simply have to start the game and the expiry date will be moved forward.

This worked for me. I hope this helps.

70 days not for me it wasnt and im a launch day subber to plus

i only had 60 days added i knew we were supposed to get 70 but i never

60 days was actioned. 10 further days were promised. They are separate events so you wouldn't have got 70 in one go. I'm not sure if the extra 10 days has been applied yet.

The extra 10 days will probably be added after the 60 are up. Much like with the original time and the 60 days.

550 days left? That's over 1.5 years. Even with the 70 extra days added to the one year (365 days) subscription you would only get a total 435 days.

Where did you get the extra 115 days from?
