someone please help me, as first my old ps3 gets ylod, so i buy a new one, now my new ps3 wont work ..

It appears that you have banned from PlayStation Network. Shortly, you'll receive an email with the reasons and the duration of the ban.

Alternatively you could of been sold a banned console if it was a used model you purchased?

the annoying thing is that i havent got a email yet,

ive phoned sony, and they said they'll phone back in 48 hours , my account anit banned its my ps3

Hi guys,

If your account has been banned or suspended you should receive an e-mail explaining why to the sign in ID.  If you have not received this e-mail then you should contact PlayStation Support for further information.
