I'm having problems accessing the store, error codes when it tries to load any sort of content.

problem only atack large group of ps3 not all !
i have large problems to sinc in on psn on  ps3 same time = vita no problem
when i enter 6 x i get noting 2 -3 x only see mi self

rest = i enter but only 1/10 is stay long time on psn
bigest problems are not in day of week only evening when lots are playing + weekend !

i hope sony close 1- 2 full days en close ore repaire problem

short pain en get ith working ath 100 %

 u now understend wi i hate only digital + online obligation in games

hi, I live in North America and I havent been able to log into the playstation network for more than a week now. I dont get a error code, instead it says "Signing into the playstation network has timed out". I have a vita and I'm able to log into the psn store but accessing other feature just freeze on me.

I've searched on google for any info and there's barely anything. Any information would be appreciated. thanks

Ok so I just tried to sign in and it still will not let me. This has been going on for two days now. The only difference is its giving me a different error code. The code it's giving me today is 80028E06. What's the deal?

Since 22 Jun that I can not buy anything or add credits to my account in PSN Store with a credit card.

T Support told me that it was an issue with security of the site, (the now famous ERROR 80023102) and the "BIG" solution they gave me was to buy a PSN Card on a store and insert the code.

So if I am going out to buy a PSN Card I think I better be buying the game phisically on a store and save the long download time (21 GB).

Those are the benefits of upgrading your account to PLUS?

its different for me the problem im getting is when  i go to the psn store to add funds  it comes up with : can't add funds to your wallet i was so looking  forward  on getting  PODIE the firework machine in home ps will it be fix before the 11th plus  good luck and hope  you succeed ^_^

@Carzz075, try this thread for 80023102 error code. 

@The_007_Creeper, have you tried deleting and reinstalling the content?
