Im alright signing into PSN im having trouble activating my system & getting on to the store. Getting error code 80710B36.

I have a problem and maybe you could help me out. I had the same issue signing in and even when it did there were problems. For instance in FIFA 11, the EA servers could not recognize I was connected and could not start connecting with their servers. Sometimes it did connect to EA servers and the store did not work. So here is my problem. I got it somehow to connect and get to the store to purchase a 2.99 euro pack in-game. But the transaction is complete and I'm waiting for the past 20 minutes for my pack to open with no luck. Should I wait on it or would it be safe to quit the game and re-run it or even disconnect and reconnect? should I keep some proof that this happened by taking a pic of my screen for you to refund me in case of some loss of communication between you and EA? What should I do?

Looks like what ever is the problem its back, was in the middle of online play when everything stopped and then got the dreaded message, have reset router turned of machine but nothing, strange as was playing quite happily as well
