Lost password *and* access to e-mail address

I had to create this new account to ask for help, because I've embarassingly both lost access to my usual account's attached e-mail address and forgotten my e-mail address. As you can imagine, this means I'm stuck; I can't log in to change my e-mail info because I don't know my password, and I can't recover my password because the instructions go to a defunct e-mail address.

 

Is there any other way I can verify my identity and get access?

I agree with the above, contact your local PlayStation Support and explain the situation and they should be able to help you out.
