What ports do I need to forward to open my NAT type on MW3 (im in New Zealand if that matters), I've forwarded what ones I've found lisked on the net but this hasn't made any difference.

Please use plain text.

Re: MW3 Ports

What brand and model is your modem/router?

Do you have a separate modem and router?

What are the results (all the results) of an Internet Connection Test?

Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Test

You should have NAT type 2 and UPnP available.

Re: MW3 Ports

Ok port forwarding will not help your game. It will help your connection to the PSN only.

You have COD MW game released by Activision.

You proberbly have a strict Nat type in game.

To have the Nat type in game set to open you do have to call Activision.

Locate the number for them in side your game manual and give them a call they can assist you.

Re: MW3 Ports

the only port you needed to open on the PC was,

3074 both UDP and TCP

its orignal a xbox port, so i guess it works for both consoles and the pc all together.

reply if it worked for you :smileyhappy:

Rastan_Saga is correct, MW3 uses unique ports that need to be opened, due to the fact the Activision host the Call of Duty servers, your best bet would be to contact them directly.
