I just purchased a GT5 Add-on pack via the Playstation Store using my Master Account. However, when I came to use the downloadable content on a sub-account the download wasn't visible.
I don't want or need to use this content on the Master Account so I need it to be transferred to the sub-account or the purchase cancelled and refunded.
I know that purchases can't be transferred between accounts, but it is not clear in the terms & conditions that purchases can't be used across subs of the main account. If I purchase and download a game using the master account, it is available for all sub-accounts to use. Why does this not apply to dlc?

Anybody know who I can contact to resolve this? I don't want to throw 10 quid down the drain just cos I happened to be logged in with the wrong user when I made the purchase!

If you want to purchase any games or DLC for use with the sub account then it should be purchased through the sub account.  You can set a spending limit via Account Management on your master account for each sub account but the purchase should be made from the sub account.

You can contact PlayStation Support to request a refund however they may not as there as restrictions on refunds for non-faulty products.

Download and install the free Family Packs from the GT5 DLC section on the store using your Master account. These will make the car and track DLC packs available to all accounts on the PS3 console. Paints and outfits are locked to the account that purchased them.
