Hello,

I am from Israel and I was interested in playing MGS from the very beginning.

The thing is that on the Israeli PS store the only to games available are the Hd remakes of the second and third game.

So I thought on buying the blu-ray version which includes the Hd remake of the game for the PSP,

However  I am still Missing on the first one which is available in other regions as a PSone Classic.

Why aren't those two games on my region store? and will they ever appear?

Your best bet is to contact the games publisher Konami to find out if it is going to be released in your region.

It's a licensing issue. It costs money to publish a product in a region and sometimes the decision not to publish is made. I've suffered from that too.

You CAN create a foreign PSN account, buy a foreign PSN money voucher and buy a game within that account. It is in general against PSN TOS, but not illegal in any way.
