Thanks Marc101. I'm another noob who needed help with the same situation only with Call Of Duty: Black Ops. I rang the AUS number you provided and now all is well. Thank you for posting an answer to the original question.

Not sure if I've understood you here.
There are three types of parental controls.
On your console, you can set the parental controls for DVDs / Blu-ray Discs.
If it's related to the PSN, you'll need to call your local support centre to have the parental controls removed. (We'd need to speak to the master account holder, and sub account holder to verify details)
And lastly, most 3rd party servers will have their own parental restrictions based on age. If the above two are taken care of, you'd need to contact the respective developer to query these restrictions.
