Hi there,

I pre-ordered and purchased AC3, but it seems that I don't have the code to redeem the Online Pass to play the multiplayer section, or at least not over rank 10.

What do I have to do? obviously I don't have to pay 10 euros extra for that, after I have discovered that the digital version is even more expansive than the physical one (absourd, really) this would be ortrageous

check your download list if you havent already if its not there contact support via email or phone, id recommend phoning them as they take a few days to email back.

Is not there for sure. When I go to the extra content section from the game, both the Benedict Arnold mission and the Online Pass are listed as NOT PURCHASED.

On another thread I have been told that the Benedict Arnold mission will be availble when it will be released (apparentely is not released yet) and on the Ubisoft forum I have been told that the pass is not necessary for a digital game.

Hoping and assuming that both the information are correct, still the fact that they are listed as NOT PURCHASED. I can see some pure guys buying these contents, in fact re-buying these contents, just becasue theya re not correctly listed as already owned.... not really nice

I have the same problem. Benedict Arnold mission and online pass should be free !

From the comments on psn blog looks like some have the same problems....

This is SCEE fault  because  on SCEA(us psn store) they are free for those who bought digital version.

Would someone please explain why I need to pay for a Uplay passport and the Benedict Arnold DLC for AC3 when I bought it from PSN? Considering I have the season pass and all physical copies come with both, I better had get it for free!

When we will get AC:III’s Benedict Arnold DLC Pack for free as I bought the digital gold edition and it still asking me to pay for something free in the retail copy.

Season pass isn't working for me either- it's says it's been purchased, but that's it at the moment! I bought it from Game. Any solutions as yet?
