I know with the VITA you can only have one psn account on the Vita... so pretty much if you want to change the PSN account you have to deactive it and then sign in with the new PSN Account.

I have a American PSN account (Which you need an american credit card or american PSN card - these PSN American cards can be brought from Ebay for a cpl of dollars more ie a 50 dollar american card costs 56 dollars) and an Australian account.... I will be doing an example of the price difference between the two stores soon in a couple of minutes.)

CREATE AN AMERICAN playstation account you will need an american address and credit card or psn card (which can be brought on ebay) but you will save so much money indeed.  Unfortunately the problem with buying games online is that it ties it with your account.  so hence if you create another account you will loose all your previous games (they'll still be there, but you wont be able to transfer them to your new account)

Hi everyone...... Now I know i can not change the country of my account, but still I can make more than one account on my PS3....... So my question is this...... For some reason, sony do not revear everything in store to my country wich is croatia, but still some of the purchase of additional contents of the game such as map packs, I can buy from another account, and use it on my original account.......

Now, my reall question is:   does this apply aswell for the 1year call of duty elite membership.... can I buy it from UK store like I did with some other stuff, and actually activate it on my croatian account, or is it as soon as I buy elite membership is being activated automaticly for the account that Im actually buying from......

The reason I ask, is because I download CoD Elite console application from UK store and  activated it on my croatian Account, and step by step It does work, except I can not buy on croatian store elite 1year membership, now when I buy 1year elite membership, do I need to activate it, or is it automaticly activated as I buy from UK account........

I hope I explain this to all of you as I see it, and hopefully will find some answer for my problem........

I have a serious problem. I tried to create a new acc with the right adress etc. but in the line, where you have to select a country, mine wasn't there. I live in Lithuania, and it wasn't in the list. Maybe somebody has some interesting thougts on this?

I have got ps vita  and I want to change the country but il though about getting a new PS Vita memory card and you can swapping them cards any time when ps vita is turned off.

But when you put new ps vita memory card in and turn it on then you need to setup it. (PS. I haven't tried it yet.)

I have the same issue.. why doesn't sony enable the option (change country). It's a huge time saver.. and what if I would move to another country than i would have a big problem right?

There is another thing I read somewhere....that guy was speaking about something like "10 non spam posts in game threads" that way we can even change the country....sounds dumb but worth a try I guess....
