PSN Card doesn't Work

Basically my friend sent me a £20 PSN code for a present. He's from canada so he doesn't need it anyway. So I decide to key it in on the PSN Store, after that PSN confirms that it is a £20 PSN card. When I try to add it to my wallet, it tells me that I can't.

The Funds could not be added to your wallet. - Thats what I get when I try.

I try on the SEN website, same thing.

Can anyone help me?

Please use plain text.

That's pretty odd as the code would appear to be valid. Call up Customer Support and see if they can add it using their systems. The number is 0844 736 0595

Re: PSN Card doesn't Work

I did try that but they are closed today.

Has anyone got a quick solution to this?

Re: PSN Card doesn't Work

Unfortunately, the redeem code section is the only place you can input codes on the console or PC. If that doesn't work then there's nothing you can do besides wait and see if they can help when they're open. I assume you're using a UK account too?
