No solution for me Pretoria they just said theres no way of getting them back cause of the 'game providers' or someshiz. Oh well..... i can sense another disputes tribunal sony case lol. Man i love the consumers guarentees act.

 

I see the TOS have changed

 

"Type 2.             You will no longer be able to access and use the following PlayStation Plus Elements after your Subscription Period expires, even if you downloaded them before expiry:

  • PlayStation®Network games
  • PS one® games
  • minis
  • Premium game elements

If you do not renew your subscription immediately at the end of each Subscription Period, but later renew your subscription, you may lose your rights to access any Type 2 PlayStation Plus Elements.

PlayStation Plus Elements may also be available for non-subscribers to purchase from the PlayStation®Store.

The following PlayStation Plus Elements are only available for subscribers to access and use during the Subscription Period. Additional terms relating to individual PlayStation Plus Elements are set out below"

 

In contrast to what was advertised, obviously trying to cover your asses. So basicly if its not auto renew you lose all Type 2 objects as i left mine lapse for 2 weeks tops.

This is fine for the year sub (although you can argue not in court, as its a digital click) but nothing from the 3 month should expire by LAW if i resub as theres no retrospective clause on prior purchases (which techniquely would be illegal) either way im *****.

 

Would you be able to offer me a refund for the 3 months ? as the product / service was faulty or redeem vouchers for said content please as id like this to get resolved in the easiest manner possible.

Same problem here.


I just waited less than 3 weeks to re-suscribe the psn+ and now i have some expired games.

 

What could i do? 

 

I'm italian. What number i can call?

so pretty much, because I didnt have money to auto renew or that I wasnt even sure I wanted to resubscribe, I get screwed out of what I subscribed for for 3 months. I hate phoning up this kindof thing to begin with. Only reminded myself because of the replies to this thread.

Yup it is pretty much rats. Been busy lately so havent done much about this but ill let you know what i can find out. Probberly just go to disputes tribunal and rep myself then at least someone will respond in a full mannner of why. Hopefully it will be precident setting so you guys can just quote it always makes it easier.

I've subscribed to PS+ since day 1 and my subscription auto-renews, I have lost all of my content from year one and i'm not happy as I have purchased DLC for many of the free games (ZEN Pinball). I telephoned the Sony Careline, who passed it to the network team. I found out earlier this week that the network team have passed this to head office as they can't fix/resolve the issue. Almost a week later and i've heard nothing! I am looking forward to how they are going to resolve this but as always, Sony are more than likely looking at a way to wriggle out of there responsibilities! I don't support hacking but no wonder Sony keep getting targeted, they need to start treating there customers well and until they do... Be prepared for more attacks, which will again affect us.... I thought games on the store should be cheaper than the retailers as it's cheaper to produce as you don't get a disc, manuals, case and artwork... Why on earth is FIFA on sale for £54.99? I also saw a game a while back, for sale at £74.99.... *****!!!!!

So you said you were subscribed and had auto-renew set to yes.. How did you lose your content. If the subscription cannot renew and expires then yes you do lose all access to the content that is free with the subscription. If you were able to keep the free content, you could resubscribe on months you like the content and then drop it and keep it later on. If it were that way, you'd essentially be getting full games at a very very cheap price.

My subscription is set to and did auto-renew. This problem occured over 10 months ago and still no fix...
I tlephoned head office earlier this week and they state that it is going to take another 2 months before a fix will be made!! Everything which I am entitled to which I has been removed has the blue shopping basket next to it :smileysad:

 

In all, that means it would have taken Sony Network Engineers 12months to fix and resolve. I would love to see how qualified these so-called network engineers are...
I've now decided to take Sony to Court and have filed a small claim in at my local Court to cover the loss of DLC, Subscription, content and out of pocket expenses...
Why on earth should it take such a large company like Sony 12 months (that's if it is resolved, as they say in two months time) to resolve and fix...?

 

An easy fix would be for Sony to setup a new account and transfer everything across but they are not willing to do this and will not give me a reason as to why they won't!

 

Well Done Sony - I've also just found out that I have nothing in my download list, nothing! This issue has occured once the Network went live after the planned maintenance yesterday..
