Hi....I know this isnt the correct forum to put this on but I'm at my whits end and really don't know what to do : (

My Daughter was playing on my PS3 (Flower)...after she had finished playing the game she logged out of the game but when it went to the account sign in screen all the fonts were huge....as an 11 year would, she panicked thinking she had done something wrong and reset the default settings hoping it would reset the font size....it worked, but by doing this it deleted my Email address and password.

For the life of me I can not remember which email address is related to the account or password...and now cant sign into the account I have litrally spent hundreds on...including 90% of everything on HOME...not to mention I cant log in to view any of my friends.

I REALLY NEED HELP ON THIS !!!...any surgestions on to how to get around this will be greatly appreciated.

What you should do is ring SONY's helpline and ask for Tech support. They should help you if you give them you're I.D. you want back.

It's a tough situation if you've forgotten your E-mail too. The only thing I could suggest is to call for support on 0844 736 0595. or E-mail them at networksupport@uk.playstation.com.

Perhaps if this gets moved to the correct section someone might be able to offer you more help but this is the best I can do Good luck!

Surely if the account your daughter accidentally deleted is the one you used to start this topic with, you can use the details that you use to log on here to log back in to home
