No, you just go to your download list in the Store, or via Account Management, and download it from there.

In the Store, go to the icons in the top right hand corner, and select the one labelled View Downloads.

Re: Q. If I buy something from PlayStation Store and then delete it, do I have to pay for it again

When you get errors like that it could be your internet connection, it might be having difficulties when you were trying to download the files.

Does the error come up when its installing after it's downloaded? if so the file was corrupted during the download and I can suggest trying to connect via Ethernet instead of wireless (If your wireless)

If going via wired try delete the game data for CoD and re-download.

If after those few things aren't fixing it for you try another internet connection maybe at a friend or family's house.

And you can always call your local support centre when we can give you help over the phone to get the downloads working.

Re: PlayStation Network Accounts FAQ

You must ask the holder of the associated master account to help you sign in.

<Note to parent or guardian>
For the sub account holder to sign in, you must accept the Terms of Service / User Agreement and Privacy Policy again using your master account.

What if you don't know master account because it was created on another system?

Re: PlayStation Network Accounts FAQ

Hi there,

I'm imagining you're the Master Account holder, if so, you should be aware of the basic details used when the account was created.

If you need some assistance with recovering an account, please call your local Support Centre for assistance. If you're not sure of some / all details, we may not be able to assist.

Re: PlayStation Network Accounts FAQ

Hello,
my brother was being an idiot when he made my account and gave me an incorrect password and incorrect birthdate, and now i am unable to access my account which i have bought several things on so i hae two questions:
1. If i create a new account will the purchased items be on my new account on my console?
2. Is there anyway you/I can retreive the information?

Cheers andrew

Re: PlayStation Network Accounts FAQ

1: No. Purchased items are tied to the PSN (SEN) account.
2: No. Passwords are stored on the servers in a one-way encrypted form and cannot be decoded. They can only be changed.

Re: PlayStation Network Accounts FAQ

If you're still using your existing account, you can go to the View Downloads option in the Store and redownload any purchases you have made. If you're using a new account, then you're out of luck.

If you really want to get access to your existing account back, then pick up the phone and dial the number you will find inside the back cover of any of your game manuals and talk to the Sony support staff about your problem. This cannot be done via the forum, as they will need to verify that you are who you say you are.
