Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One problem

The pass code provided with my game (Ratchet and Clank: All 4 One) has expired, so I tried to buy a new one. But the network pass I bought still didn't work.

On closer inspection I've got the US version of the game, but Sony sold me (and will only sell) EU and UK passes to me.

How do I get the appropriate pass code and is it possible to get a refund for the wrong ones I bought?
