Hi everyone,

I just bought Ratchet and Clank All 4 One Special Edition but the unused code of the Special Edition Content doesn't work. I know that this Special Edition was launched in very few units and I'm wondering if Sony registered the codes in the system. Where can I find some help for this issue ? Can I get another code ?
Can this content be region locked ?

All codes are region locked I'm afraid. If your account region and the codes don't match then it won't work. Sorry

Yes I know but I try the code on a UK Store and on a EU Store et it doesn't work on both.

What code is written on the side of the box? It should be down the bottom of the spine and begin "BLES" and a string of numbers.

I believe that is a game from Asia.  What region is your SEN Account?

I have a UK, US and EU account. Most of my french games (i'm french) are BCES.

Owning multiple accounts from other regions is in breach of the terms of service and can get you into a lot of trouble.

The games themselves work on all accounts however a redeem code is always region specific. That code will only work on a PSN account from the country it's meant for. The European region however is pretty large so there's a chance that a game with the right code on the side, if imported, will not be compatible with your PSN account, eg a Dutch game might not be able to redeem on a French account.

BCES:
B = BluRay
C = First Party
E = Europe
S = Full Game

If I read the end of your message, the code must work on the EU account ? And if it's doesn't work ? Can Sony provides me another one ?

FYI, I'm owning multiple accounts because I have 3 houses, one in the US, one in UK and one in France ...

That's fair enough. If you're positive that the game is French and that the account is also French, the code should work, if not then you might have to call customer support and see if they can check it, or if perhaps a moderator could check the validity of it.
