This might sound obvious but have you tried simply power cycling your router by unplugging it at the mains and leaving it for a minute or two?

 

If that doesn't help I'd suggest putting  the PS3 in a DMZ in your router:

These DNS error codes have always been a bit random. A DMZ could help, manually entering your DNS numbers into the PS3 could too, Router FW upgrade and so on.

i can't make that DMZ :smileysad: ! because my internet settings are very weird look :
IP Address : 10.0.0.254

Subnet Mask : 255.255.255.255

Default Gateway (router) : 9.9.9.9

Prim. DNS : 163.121.128.134
sec. DNS : 163.121.128.135

i will probably change the router.. !
