I'm having the same problem. Apparently it sorts itself out with time.

Has anyone else had this and knows whether that's true or not?

I've never had any problems entering network card codes and receiving funds for my wallet, i've had 2 £50 network cards and never had problems with them

Maybe the £50 ones work alright then.

I'm trying to use a £20 one.

If you try the same code too many times you get locked out. Dont know if you have to wait 24hours or ring sony.

Wait, so not only does it not work, but by trying I might get locked out? What the hell?

Well, I guess I'll try again tomorrow. If it's still not working or I get locked out, I'll call up Sony.

well i called sony last night and they said i had to go back to where i bought it from even though they could see the money on their system so today i did just that and had to get the floor manager of the supermarket to call the same help line so he could hear the help desk excuse for himself.

i was given another voucher as an exchange..............................guess what, i still can't update with the new ***** voucher? what the hell am i suppose to do now? i just want to put the funds onto my account so i can buy some psp games.

any other ideas except wait 24hrs cause i dont see what difference that makes.......since the same thing has happened to me two days in a row. my money seems to be in limbo

thanks but that did not work either, it informed me i had a £20 top then asked if i wished to continue adding the funds which i clicked to continue then an odd message appeared which said CREDIT CARD is not valid? credit card? sheesh im going to phone them again!

ok a quick update, having spoken to a pleasant fellow called David,a member of the psn team try will try and sort my dodgy code out by this evening, if nothing can be done with it they will email me a new code worth £20by tomorrow. so lets hope it gets resolved.

If this helps anyone: i normally buy my vouchers from GAME who sells them in a sealed bluray case but the last two times i have bought a standard psn plastic scratch card (just like a standard itunes voucher) which was swiped at the till in a supermarket. perhaps the new supermrket stock is not working with sonys system properly? just a thought

Hm. Do you think you could give me what number you called? It's been over 24 hours since I bought the bloody card and it's still not working.

And yeah, I also brought a standard plastic card which was just swiped through a card reader.
