Removing PSN Account from PSP

I just bought my psp go off of ebay and they person who used it before hasnt deleted the psn account, how do i put my own psn account on it?

You will need to do a factory reset. Go to "settings" and select "system settings" and then "restore defaults" (not sure of the exact wording in the menu). That should erase everything. You van then configoure it to use your own account.

 

Edit* You can also select the Sign in option, press Triangle and select Delete.  This will remove the existing account from the system and allow you to create your own.

Also, make sure it isn't running custom firmware. You can check in the System Settings too. If there is anything like "m-33" after the version number then it'll need work done to it to fix it.
