Rock Band Pro Track Not Showing

I bought the Cinderella pack recently for Rock Band and subsequently the pro upgrade for Don't Know What You Got.

 

Problem is, the pro guitar and bass tracks are not showing in-game. When I go the RB store, it tells me the upgrade is in my library. If I try to re-download the track from the store it tells me 'no content is available'. The upgrade - I believe this is the same for all pro upgrades - does not show in my list of downloaded items in the PSN store.

 

Anyone know how to resolve this?
