For the duration of the maintenance Account Management and the PS Store will be unavailable.  Some users will also be unable to log into the PlayStation Network. 

There may be some additional downtime after the maintenance period for testing purposes.

I was able to go online but then during a game it said you have be signed out of playstation network and then i  tried to sign in and it said timed out
