Spec ops the line purchased through psn store does not work on multiplayer

hi there i purchased the above game to play with friends they all went and got the game so i decided to buy through store and download it the problem is i cant play anyone online only get odd person in my lobby. i am only connecting to people who purchased through the store and im not happy i want a refund as it stated full game and cost me more than the disc version please help

It's not a fault, it's because the game is dead online. I played it when it was released and only a few were on then so I'd imagine there's even less now.
