Would not upgrading to this update cause errors like mmm... I don't know error code 80029564? It's an installation error and It's been a nuisance. I've tried every other solution to get LA Noire to install properly, but with no luck. Anyway... Hopefully this update will fix things, but I just wanted to eithe reassure or not get my hopes up on this matter that the update wil fix things or not? Like give me some chances or somethin'

this update has caused my ps3 to crash and get stuck at 99% complete then brings an error code up and tells me to contact customer support.

I rang them and told them the problem they said it was my ps3 not there update that has caused the problem, my ps3 is now just a paperweight unless i want to pay them £110.00 for a new console when it was fine until the update.

I think sony's customer service is getting worse now so i understand why everybody is switching to xbox

Dude i purdhased nfs most wanted ( ps 2 classics ) from psn store bt after downloading whn it comes to installing on completion of 14 % it says contact technical support or re download i even downloaded second time it also shows the same error my ps3 is currently running 4.21 and i bought the game for 570 rs ( £8 )

System Software update 4.21 corrupted my hard drive when I was updating it got to 99 percent and the ps3 froze and stopped completely after 10 mins with no change I held the power for 15 sec. till the power went off . Now when I power on everytime it automatically goes directly to safe mode where it says, Connet the controller using a USB cable, and then press the PS button but the controller won't sync with the PS3, it's stuck right there and I'm using an official PS3 remote that I reset on the pin hole atleast 10 times disconnected and connected and I also have  a game stop usb controller, and that won't let me into the safemode screen because now the hard drive seems corrupted during the update to 4.21 and the controller now won't sync at all to get into the menu screen to restore.

Does any one have any Suggestions or advice, any help would be appreciated. Tia.

I have a question umm when i updated my ps3 to 4.21 (for shop) update i got problems when i tried to go online in any of my games.

 I ddnt have this problems til i updated my ps3 can someone help me goin online is the only thing i do on my ps3 and now i have nothing to do. thanks for the help in advance.all info would be very appreciated.

I tried system restore i searched the internet for 4 days and still haven't got any info playstation forum is the only last option for me to get a solution to my problem.
