hey guys,

ive finally been able to get back online and have gone to sign in but it comes up with "An error occurred. You have been signed out of Playstation Network. (8002A535)" Can someone please tell me whats going on so I can get online. I havent been on for about two months.

It's something to do with the file system as after a reboot it did a file sort thingy (I forgot what it said but it took about 10 mins and now the error is gone)

i log on psn when i switch the ps on, soon as i put a game in , it kicks me offline, saying this error code.

what the hell does it mean?!

This would be extremely helpful, if the error code actually appeared on the screen for a long enough time for me to take a note of it. It hangs around for 5 - 10 seconds, and I only had time to memorise the first 5 characters, being 8002A. It makes the purpose of having error codes itself pointless no one can take a note of it.I ran to get a notepad, turned around, and the message was gone. I am really beginning to hate Sony for its atrocious online gaming service. I was a loyal Sony customer, I bought my TV, Gaming Console and DVD Player from them, and now I shall never buy anything from them. Sorry if I sound like a troll, but I just found out I might possible never have the luxury of playing PS3 games online.  *Buys a Xbox 360*

hey tom,

80130182 error code probably means you are not able to connect your ps3 to internet.if your using wirless then you gotta check router settings,like IP address SSID and Password , if you are using ethernet cable then check the cable first for any damage and then your network settings in your PS3..
