Hey,

So I downloaded the 3 DLC packs for the new Dragon's Dogma game a few minutes ago and got charged for all 3, for some reason it only downloaded 2 of the 3 DLC packs.

I tried looking in the cart and the download list but its not there. No idea what to do, can anyone help?

Have you checked that one of them isn't for PSP or VIta (Then again if that were the case they'd be in the download list and you've checked that, my next move would be to wait and see if anyone from sony answers your post, failing that phone them, hope you get it sorted soon.

im actually just a huge retard that freaked out a little, turns out it was a re-purchasable item that is claimed in game

Apparently I have a similar problem. I purchased a GT5 disk in Thailand (from a Sony shop)  which I was told was a US version that I would need to race online with the US network. I've not tried to race online yet.

On 26 May I purchased the race car pack, received a purchase confirmation email, but still cannot download and use. It looks like this is a region issue also. Sony let me buy it using my Thai CC and my correct information, but judging from forum replies they won't let me use it or refund my money.

I was already denied the use of the DLC voucher that came with the disk because of these regional issues.

Sony needs to get it stuff together. They spent all that time and money to produce a great game and then aggrevate people with these stupid region issues. At the very least don't allow people to purchase items they cannot use on their systems. When I registered on the PSN I indicated that I was in Thailand and my purchase was on my Thai bank CC.

Apparently you do not want to sell additional DLC much because I know I won't be buying any and my rating for the game just went down a few notches.

I don't intend to let this go. Poor companies with poor customer service end up wasting a lot of time and money correcting/dealing with people like me when they should be addressing these issues upfront.

I had this poblem withGT5 but don't worry it has downloaded,

you have to put GT5 on and on the main menu where you choose Career or Arcade go to Downloads at the end and eveything you have purchased is listed there waiting for you to click on and install,

it's weird i know and it had me fuming when i thought i'd wated my money but that's where you'll find them.

Thanks, I checked, both there and in my account. Shows purchase, but no product.
