hi we keep getting signed out of playstation network on every  game with the error code 8002ad23 ive rang sky everything is fine at their end  it has a wired conection ive also reset the ps3 to see if it had a virus that hasnt worked can u help me thanks

The 8002AD23 error code will indicate: PS3 cannot connect to PSN.

Possible causes: congested / slow Internet.

- Ensure no other devices are using your network (ie. a computer downloading a movie in the background will steal bandwidth away from the PS3)

- You've mentioned already, but ensure there are no account issues or service issues with your Internet service (ie. Your service has been shaped / slowed, as you've exceeded a monthly quota)

- If using WiFi, ensure that your connection is consistent, and above 75% - try Wired (Ethernet) if possible to identify potential issues.
