hello guys
I'm sure that my internet connection is ok and I haven't changed any ps3 or modem setting but from yesterday till now it keeps giving me error 80710723 after a long time waiting for signing in !!!!
do you have the same problem??
what should I do? can anyone help me?

it might need an update ? try disable media server in the network setting at the bottom...that might solve your problem
* also try re-boot your router & restore settings.

This error indicates that you've got a network error on either your end or your ISPs end. Seeing as you rebooted your router, did you also reboot your modem? If you did this, and you're still getting the same error, then you have to get on the phone to your ISP and get them to do check your connection for any faults.

Hello support I have problems with my ps3,I cant do update for call of duty black ops 2.
Every time I reach to end the end of update they tell me suggest action ( error code 80710723)

You could try to delete the Game Date for the game in 'Game Data Utility' on the XMB menu. This will not infringe on your saved data but it will mean when you put the game in it will attempt to redownload all the patches again for the game.
