I am getting error code 10007 when I try to log in to Warzone with my sub account, it says that I can't log in because of some parental control settings... when I go into my master and look at settings, all the controls are off, so I should be able to play on my sub account right?

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? help appreciated...

I have the same problem, I don't understand why it isn't allowing me to play, it's messed up... -_- You should be able to play when all of the parental controls are off, there shouldn't be nothing stopping you from playing in the Warzone...

I would Love some help also... -_-

Hi Machikka,

Just to note, the original post was from Dec 2010 - hopefully they've called their local Support Centre to resolve their issue.

If you are using a Sub Account, and cannot access online content / gameplay with parental restrictions, you will need to contact your local Support Centre (phone numbers can be found in the back of your game manuals) - Parental Restrictions for online gaming can only be lifted once we have verified your account details.
