I bought in PSstore "back to karkand" sony got my money, but i can't download what i just bought. I can download anything else all the demos but not Karkand pack.

I uninstalled the game and the gamedata, and reinstalled. But on PSs i still get error when i try to download it.

If nobody can help me please, there are 2 choices, one - get my money back, or two - tell me who can help me, please.

Ive had the exact same problem! its so frustrating! Sony has robbed us of our money! I tried to look in the in game store after i bought it too and it says there is no content found! Or when i try to click download on the store it says, you have purchased this item already, click download to download it!

I can download from the psn store I get no problems when I do. And I activate it. But when I go into the game the download hasn't worked! I don't have assignments or the extra maps or anything! So freaking annoying! Why can't we contact Sony directly and get our money back!

To contact Sony directly, call the number you will find in the back cover of any of your game manuals.

Chances are your download isn't working because the region of the DLC doesn't match the region of your game. DLC is region locked for legal reasons (so that ratings and classifications, which vary by region, will match) and will not work with other regions. Look on the spine of the case of your game for a code that looks something like BLES 00000. If the third letter is an E, it is for the European region (which includes Australia and New Zealand). If it is a U or an A, then you have the version for North America or Asia instead.

I had exactly the same problem and it was because i used to have limited edition sold it then got normal edition (it didnt like it) came up with error when trying to download maps etc!!!

Solution is go to game data utility (not saved game data).

Delete bf3 file which is the update

Then reset and try again

Further to that if it doesnt work i spoke to EA and they gave me new redeem code, which shoould of worked but didnt so they manually did it for me.

And if that doesnt work set up new user and use the redeem code they gave you it will start downloading then come out and go into your main user go to download managment and it will be there downloading.

Reset, download maps first before doing bf3 update

Problems related - showing that it was free in psn store press download error pops up!!!!

Also make sure you know the region of your disc example (Bles number)

Call EA they will sort it all for you Playstation couldnt help me.

20 mins on phone now waiting for maps to download then updating and off i go.
